Investigating - At this time we are showing degraded performance of our BLF functionality on phones. When Parking a call, your phone may not show the current status of whether someone is on park or not. The park function still works, so you may still park someone, however, your phone's busy lamp may not show them on park.

We are currently investigating this issue and will update as more information becomes available.

Investigating - Hello. At this time we are showing that some users are unable to log into the Audian App and Bria Enterprise. Existing logins may still be working at this time, however if you log out and back in, it may not work. We are investigating with the server vendor at this time and will have an update shortly.

Identified - Hi All. At this time we are showing degraded performance of our BLF functionality on phones. This means that your Line Statuses (Whether someone is on or off the phone, or ringing) As well as Parking a call (If applicable on your account) May not show someone on the phone, or on park. The function still works, so you may still park someone. However it will not SHOW them on park.

We have identified the issue, and plan on implementing a fix tonight during after hours maintenance. This maintenance tonight will have no impact to calls.
